What will this program include?
This program will have two parts. The first part will be instructional and will focus on proper skill development, rotations, offensive and defensive systems. The second part will be a structured league that will focus primarily on 6v6 game play. The more players that register the more 6v6 game play we can provide.
Who can participate?
Players currenlty in grades 4 through 12. The initial plan is to create one division for ages 10U-12U, one for 13U-14U and one for 15U-18U. The 15U-18U divison will be comprised mostly of 15U and 16U players. 17U and 18U players that are new to volleyball or have little experience are highly encouraged to participate.
When will this program occur?
January through May/April once per week on Friday evening and/or Sunday afternoon/evening. Tentatively, each division will have one session per week for approximately 2 hours per session.
What will the cost be?
Each weekly session will be $10-$20. It is highly encouraged that players commit to every session possible as that builds consistency amongst the teams and players for the league portion of this opportunity. It also allows the coaching staff to build upon skills learned in previous weeks.

When will we get more information about this opportunity?

Are there any other requirements to participate?
Each player would be required to be registered with AAU under the Horseshoe Volleyball Club to be covered by our insurance. The cost of this AAU membership is $14. You would also have to agree to our COVID Safety Plan and Policy before participating.
